This specification covers an alkaline cleaner in the form of a liquid for use above 65 \mD C (154 \mD F).This cleaner has been used typically for removing soils from aluminum and magnesium alloy parts by immersion in hot cleaner solution prior to surface treatment, but usage is not limited to such applications.
